Anaplasis Gym Fitness Center

Anaplasis Gym was established in Limassol , in 1993 by its owner Mr. George Charalambous. During the first 5 years of  its existence, the gym was operating in a small underground area of 200 square metres, in the Linopetra area. With the passing of time it was decided that the gym had to move at a much larger space , so in 1999  the gym moved at its current location, a 1,000 sq.m space , situated by the seafront Enaerios area with view of the sea and beachfront. Today, and after 18 years of operation , Anaplasis Gym Limassol has become one of the most well known gym's of Cyprus. The success of the gym ,concentrates not only in its good location, but due to the continuous update and modernization of their fitness equipment as well as our personal service to our members.  In May 2011, a complete restoration took place in the gym as well as the introduction of 35 latest fitness equipment by HOIST fitness equipment of San Diego in California , USA. The Latest equipment from hoist are the RS and RPL series. The revolutionary technology of the RPL – 5301, is designed so as to decrease the front pressure of the shoulders in combination with the horizontal extension and the cover circular movement of the arms, which imitates the pressure of the weights. Ergonomically hand driven exercise, with a regulated seat. The formation of the premises and lay-out  of the various HOIST fitness equipment had been undertaken by the Company itself and their representative here in Cyprus. In Anaplasis Gym Limassol, there are  120 fitness machines all from USA, brands such as Hoist - Hammer - Precor - Icarian - Life Fitness - Stair master - Cybex. In the Premises  there is also an Aerobic's Hall, Where by with collaboration of LesMills, classes of, BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyBalance, CxWorx, and Sh'Bam take place reqularly. In Anaplasis Gym Limassol one can enjoy our freshly squized juices, s well as protein and drinks, at our Health Bar. Free sauna is available to all members of the gym.
