Cyprus Quality Association

The Cyprus Quality Association (CyAQ) was established in 2001 with the name Cyprus Association of ISO 9000 Certified Companies was established in 2001 as a non-profit making organization and became a member of the Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB). Since 2003 the Association is a full member of the European Organization for Quality (EOQ) and from April 2005 is a EOQ National Representative of Cyprus. From February 2006 the Association enlarged its scope of activities and was renamed as the Cyprus Association for Quality. The aim of the Association is to play an important role for the progress and welfare of enterprises and consumers throughout quality promotion and improvement. The Association is consisted of many certified companies from many different parts of the Cyprus economy (Banks, Semi-State Organizations, Hotels Industries, IT Companies etc), which have invested in quality with ultimate goal the improvement of the provided services as well as customer satisfaction. The application of management systems such as for quality, environment, health & safety at work, health & safety of food and other related standards or Models of Business Excellence are crucial factors towards success to all business activities public and private. The in
