Ninos Karis & Associates is a Nicosia based firm of Registered Estate Agents, (Registered Number 046 ) We were established in 1983 with the aim of providing both business and private clients with a comprehensive range of real estate solutions encompassing sales, lettings and consultancy. The agency was founded by Ninos Karis who studied law in London and worked with large firms of developers and chartered surveyors prior to setting-up the agency. Just as important, though, was the nature of the service we wanted to offer: one that brought together the personal, accessible and supportive approach you would associate with a small firm with the levels of expertise and knowledge you would expect of a large one. We hope our reputation as an innovative, forward-thinking, responsive firm can be gauged from the number of clients we have attracted since we first opened our doors. Clients as diverse in their requirements as they are in their backgrounds, from large corporations to private investors, from landlords to first time buyers, from private companies to international clients / embassies.
