PHOTIOU ESTATES was established in 1952 in Famagusta, Cyprus, with a goal to satisfy the growing needs of customers wishing to purchase the best residential and holiday properties. In 1974, following the Turkish invasion, the company moved to the capital of Cyprus, Nicosia, and opened a further office in the Paralimni/Protaras area. Photiou Estates became increasingly involved in the construction aspect of the property market, as Cyprus saw a high upturn in demand for residential properties, and over the years, has been involved in a wide range of property development and estate management. Current projects include the development of a number of small, exclusive estates, through to custom built houses. We offer our clients a full turn-key service, from the provision of land for development, through to the design, development and management of the project until completion. In recent years, Photiou Estates has concentrated exclusively in the property markets of Protaras and Paralimni, and hill resorts outside Nicosia.
