he group was founded in the late 60’s by George Pingos, a self made man, who is still the Managing Director of all companies comprising the group. During the first years of operations we significantly contributed to the development of numerous areas in and around the town of Famagusta. Business, however, was unexpectedly halted with the Turkish invasion in 1974. After the initial shock of the war, in the late 70’s George Pingos had started again from scratch and through the years he managed to build our group up to its current state and an unbeatable reputation. We were one of the first who believed in the potential of and invested in the Ayia Napa & Paralimni area, although at the time this was considered to be a very risky business step.
